Carolina Black Gold BBQ sauce was formally made by the father of Alexander De Brocq. Since 2007, he has taken over and is now directly involved it the production, which is located in North Carolina.

As for our barbecue sauce, it comes from a treasured family recipe that has been passed down from several generations for more than 60 years. This special condiment has been warmly received by friends and other members of our family in the city of Charlotte for years.
